Where are you based, and do you travel?

We're based in Guanacaste, Costa Rica, and we film weddings all over the country, whether it's at a hotel, a private villa, on the beach or in the rainforest. We're also available to travel worldwide for destination weddings.

Do you film destination weddings outside Costa Rica?

Yes. We film destination weddings around the world, most recently in Santorini, Greece. Tell us your date and location and we'll send availability.

What do we receive with our wedding film?

Depending on your package, you receive a cinematic highlights film with a licensed soundtrack, your full ceremony, your speeches in a separate cut, and a short vertical teaser for social media. Drone footage is available.

Do you offer coverage for elopements and small weddings?

Yes. We have a dedicated elopement coverage designed for intimate celebrations, as well as full-day and multi-day coverage for larger weddings.

Do you offer both video and photography?

Yes. We offer both video and photography, so you can book your complete wedding coverage with one team.

How do we book our date?

Fill out our contact form or email info@dwstories.com with your date and venue. We'll reply with availability and packages. Your date is reserved with a signed agreement and a 30% deposit.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

As locals, we know Costa Rica's climate and plan around it with the right timing, backup locations and gear protection, so your film still feels like your day.

How long does it take to receive our wedding film?

All your films are delivered within 4 to 12 weeks after your wedding, depending on your package.

How far in advance should we book?

For peak-season dates, we recommend booking at least 10 months in advance. For other dates, reach out as soon as you have your date and venue and we'll let you know our availability right away.
